Copy/Paste problem with Edge

If I copy/paste some text into 2017 wikitext editor using Edge, lines that start with CR+LF (i.e. empty lines) are deleted.

This does not happen with Chrome.

Environment: Windows 10 64bit, Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0, Vector skin
