Your edits contain translate tags (<translate>) and translation unit markers (<!--T:123--> etc.).

Remove unit markers before pasting, but keep the existing unit markers unchanged. Do not add translation unit markers manually. They will be added by a translation admin.

Additionally about short units (e.g. navigation menu items and table header items), replace

<translate><--T:123-->
short inline text</translate>

with

<translate>short inline text</translate>
