Topic on VisualEditor/Feedback

The cause was a small issue with the mw: interwiki (forward option not enabled). Has been fixed.

When a visitor / user click to the help page, it ends with a 'Bad title' page at https://permanentfuturelab.wiki/wiki/Mw:Special:MyLanguage/Help:VisualEditor/User_guide . Is this a bug or bad installation/configuration of the extension?

To reproduce:

1. Browse to a wiki page at https://permanentfuturelab.wiki/wiki/Permanent_Future_Lab_Wiki
2. Click one of the edit links
3. Click at the ? icon at the upper right corner
4. Click the link to 'Read the user guide'

Please note that I am not the technical administrator of the wiki, since it is hosted at the wikifarm of Miraheze.
