Over on this page, Flow/Functional Specifications/Search and Filter it talks about tagging, but I haven't seen any of that implemented. I'm running an internal wiki, and I'd like to be able to use flow on a variety of 'tool' pages, but associate a particular issue against that 'tool' with a given 'project'. I can link to the topic directly, but can't seem to add it to a category or do anything else with it. Thanks.

The 'tag' concept has not been implemented yet, nor discussed recently in detail.
However, you can add topics to categories, by playing category links in the "summary" area, e.g. Topic:Strhmsk4ws9mug84. Does that help?
Looks like phab:T90069 is the open on Phabricator that users can watch to be notified of any progress on this.
