Display page title and info about redirect

Regrettably, the previous time-proven tool (User:Lupin/popups.js) stopped to work a month ago. Hovercards are a poor surrogate only. What I miss (tested at cs:wiki):

  • the card doesn't display the full name of the target page (including dissambiguation)
  • if the card displays a redirected page, it doesn't display the redirection path i.e. a title of the linked page and a title of the target page.
  • Hovercard doesn't display links in the displayed text. The former popus worked perfectly - isn't is possible in hovercards?

Navigation Popups (the current version of the gadget Lupin started) is still working, but needs to be updated due to some related changes last month.

Follow the directions at W:en:Wikipedia:Tools/Navigation popups to update your common.js

As for putting those changes into Hovercards - Hovercards is designed to be a very simple article preview, and purposefully doesn't have most of the complicated features that Navpopups has (which are great for editors, but many readers reportedly find them overwhelming).
