Hello, Briefly tried the tool to translate from English to French. Unfortunately, the automatic translation doesn't work neither the backup (I lost half of the work).
I'm working under Safari for Mac if it's relevant.

The auto-saving feature is expected to work transparently and reliably, I created a ticket to investigate and resolve those issues.
Regarding the lack of automatic translation, our tool relies on Apertium, an open source translation engine. So automatic translation is limited to the languages the project supports at the moment. Content translation can be extended with more translation providers, so feel free to suggest any good service providing translations to French. In any case, the rest of the features of the tool seem to have been useful to help translating even for languages where automatic translation is missing (as of now 887 translations have been published to French).
