Dear Shirayuki, I translate MediaWIki pages to Brazilian Portuguese and I would like to know how to add <translate> and <languages> tags on the pages in English. I see that in all occasions when I do these editions, you roll back them. Could you please show me how I can properly to proceed these changes (if I can)? Best regards.

See Help:Extension:Translate/Page translation example/pt-br. Unit markers are added by the extension and help it identify which unit is which. Thanks.

Uh-oh... I forgot one thing: I'm not a translation admin. The Translate extension screen doesn't appear for me. Or I didn't enable the extension in my login.

I'm not a translation admin, too. Next, ask a translation admin to mark Manual:Php.ini for translation.
