Is there a way to have a single CSS page control the skin settings on multiple wikis with only a single set of CSS pages?

Hi,

By multiple wikis, you mean totally unrelated, or interwiki related ? I am not sure that will answer your question but have a look at this section of the Wiki farm page. This explains how to factor some MediaWiki settings among various InterWiki related Wikis via symbolic links. You may be able to use that to have all your Wikis targeting the same CSS file.

Isn't that what the guys at WikiMedia are doing e.g. on this wiki, when they let load.php point to another/a central server?
