Legal issue: copyright and other warnings must be visible above the "save" button

(sorry if already discussed, no results via the engine) I know it's ugly, I know it's boring, but it's important, indeed. Each and every edit must be, and can be allowed only after the user's acceptation of the legal terms and conditions. In a recent legal case before an Italian court, just a few weeks ago, WMF was recognised not responsible for the users' edits (also) because WMF kept at distance from the users' contents, with the general disclaimer and with all the other indications which warned users about the allowed scopes of the freedom of editing. So, imho, there can't be one single page of any Project without a preliminar warning visible at the time of saving the edit.
Practically, however, I believe that the stuff could as well be closed into a hidden box (like this): the warning must be available and it should be clearly visible where it is, that would be sufficient for us, it's up to the user to choose whether to read it or not. Just to be precise, it would be perfect to have it one line above the button in the source code (one could always argue that the page hadn't been completely downloaded...). So we are simply talking about a one-sentence addition for maybe another pop-up).

Hi g. This issue is being tracked in Bug 51160. It's marked high importance, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
