Third party users[edit]
"Procedures officially approved by architecture, security and operations groups" and nowhere a mention of so-called third party users. How will they be involved? --Nemo 19:32, 8 December 2014 (UTC)
- That's under a heading of "Complete work for Composer managed libraries for use on WMF cluster RFC", so I'm not sure why "third party users" would be involved in that. Legoktm (talk) 17:37, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
- Being for WMF, i.e. the aim, doesn't exclude that the means have an effect on others. I'm pretty sure the work involves changes to MediaWiki core and extensions, doesn't it? --Nemo 18:10, 22 December 2014 (UTC)

Is this over? Of course there can always be more "librarization", but I don't see any related activity in the recent changes of the Phabricator project (only some unrelated stuff about core vs. extensions). Nemo 16:12, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
