Review proposal document
Review current patch
Agree on the problem and the assessment thereof, then:
- Run the specific, referenced test together
- Interpret results together
- Agree on next steps together
Web will summarize the decision and results in the document, then update public Phab ticket on chosen decision
We will regroup in one weeks’ time to see how things are working
Setup a followup meeting between PMs / product owners to talk through this as a feature / next steps
