Project Pralekhan/Survey Privacy Statement

This statement describes how and when User:Jayprakash12345 collects, uses, and shares the information we receive from survey participants.

Please note that this survey is powered by Google Forms, which means Google’s use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Purpose of Survey

We appreciate your feedback! This survey will help us to understand progress done on Manual:Maintenance scripts under Project Pralekhan.

What Information We Collect

This survey collects the free-form responses you provide to the questions asked.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Raw data will not be shared with anyone. Jay will be the only person to have access to the survey.
• Jay can contact you in personal if he wants more clarity on any point. Please remember that sharing the wiki's username or email is optional while filling out the survey form. We are not collecting emails by default. You can opt out if you don't want Jay to contact you.
• Jay will compile the survey and publish the result. Please remember he is allowed to share the result from complied survey to public. This includes Wikimedia staff, contractors and volunteers. This compiled survey will have only general insights. It will not contain any personal information of the users.
• Jay may disclose any collected information when required by law, when we have your permission, when needed to protect Wikimedia's rights, privacy, safety, users, or the general public, and when necessary to enforce Wikimedia's Terms of Use or any other Wikimedia policy.

Time period of Survey Responses

Your responses will be deleted within 30 days after closing the survey.
