Translating Sitenotice

Hello,


I need to add a Sitenotice translated in various languages, but my website is using Translate.

How can I do it ?

I tried making a model, then using Mediawiki:Sitenotice/en (for instance) but the notice only displays in the main language.

How do you enter empty text?

Just asking as I have one page that has multiple translations of a block of text and it can be omitted.
