Consitently use mediawiki for composer?

Though it is understandable that one would like to have branding somewhere I still think that it will be better in the long run to follow the mediawiki/id-provider scheme for it. Also makes it easier to find it on packagist. The information about the creator and such is probably more prominent in the docu since this is there people go for reference. ... to release it with our own github account was just me being lazy. And, to be honest, I don't like the "official" way of releasing extensions as this is too time consuming.
