CT design question for * Pau: Currently we have only one button to ‘Publish’. Are we going to separate the functions to 1) Publish as a page (i.e. the top bubble on page 3 of the design document) and 2) Publish in the namespace (i.e. the bottom bubble on the same page)

No. In the long term, page will be auto-saved (in user space or draft space). A single button will create the final article in the main namespace. For initial sprints, we are not autosaving. For initial sprints, we are publishing to the user namespace when the user publishes.
