I believe those "updates" were minutes of a meeting that doesn't happen any more. Nowadays Technical decision making/Decision records seems like the update channel?

I've just added an update. There are a lot to sort through since the change over. We are also beginning a restro on the process. I'll try to give updates when there are changes. So far it has been quiet.
