Translation[edit]
I don't feel confident marking this page for translation yet. It's a quite non-standard RfC for this wiki and a text should be reasonably stable before being marked for translation. I suggest to advertise it a bit at least on technical mailing list, let interested people edit the text a bit and then start. Or another translation admin can mark it, but not me.
