- Tip: How to discover if you are a good video director? You have to be available during the whole event with stable connectivity and with decent laptop. That's all! Bonus point: you played with OBS.
- Tip: Sorry but no macOS allowed because that toy has serious audio limitations :( GNU/Linux is perfect for this. Windows is fine.
- Tip: it's not a problem if we have not a primary video directory. It will be less amazing.

- Tip: How to discover if you are a good post-producer? You are able to cut videos, eventually putting in sync audio and video tracks (use Kdenlive or Openshot or whatever) exporting in mp4 or ogg
Deadlines[edit]
- May 15: found all speakers
- May 16: found all moderators
- May 17: call with all moderators (to register in BigBlueButton, play, handle common issues in online conferences, ...)
- May 18: moderators helped their speakers with BigBlueButton (1/2)
- May 19: moderators helped their speakers with BigBlueButton (2/2)
