How do I find out more about the test that failed over at https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/mediawiki-quibble-composertest-php70-docker/13283/console and about what I need to do to make my code pass? Thanks.
Failed Jenkins test
Do not remove categories from translation
Do not remove categories from translation. They should be translatable to be updated automatically.
Why? Why we need to translate all categories?
I'm also support this idea to not translate categories at all. By my opinion it's only provide a mess in categories. I mean will be good is closing a translation tag before gefinition of category on article page. like:
Do you want to update all categories manually? Category:Top_level has 145 translation pages.
I thinked on categories which no have content.
Category:File Cache variables is one of examples. In that category we have to translate name of category and "$1".
$1 is same on all languages.
To mark the page for translation, it should contain at least one translation unit. This is why $1 exists.
BTW: Why we have to translate pages which no contains text?
See also Special:Diff/2661794.
Do not invalidate valid translations
I found that option.
About this edit Special:Diff/2897352. Use "Do not invalidate translations" checkboxes properly on marking pages for translation.
I don't see that checkbox(es).
Read carefully next time.
This option was not displayed.
During marking new versions for translation these checkboxes are under every changes units (visible as diffs).
Sometimes it shows sometimes no shows.
Only under changed units.
(same as in my previous reply)

Extension:PushToWatch update pledge
Hello, you pledged in 15 May, that you will make a patch to this extension, so that it can be incompatible with MediaWiki 1.24 or later.
It's nowadays somewhat tricky that, however, that template says "Please reset the pledge if 14 days have passed since an edit was made by the developer." And now it's 21 days past, do you still have interests on doing so? If not, then should I re-submit an archive extension request?
I have interests on doing, but I did not have free time because of health issues and school. I will resolve this!
Markings of HHVM
The page HHVM contains some poor mark-up for translation.
For section number 1, the whole template syntax should not be translatable, only some of the values. There should also be a space between the following paragraph so that they are separate units. Use of Special:MyLanguage doesn't make sense for target pages that are not translatable. Often Special:MyLanguage links should be made into translation variables to simplify the translation units.
The note is not translatable at all, and section number 2 just doesn't make any sense.
Section number 24 should not be translated (i.e. outside of translate-tags), same for section number 25 likely.
As a translation admin, you should verify the mark-up, even when using Special:PagePreparation, to ensure it follows the best practices and minimizes the work that translators need to do.
Hi Nikerabbit, I used Special:PagePreparation. I'm not manually.
Pls mark for translate on HHVM
A note section was added to a page you have prepared for translation. Could you kindly mark that section to translate as well please? I wish to put it into ja when it’s available. Thanks for sharing your precious time. Cheers,
@Omotecho Sure, I done that.
