[edit]Since you took the time to update the extension, would you mind helping to maintain it? If so, you should update the extension page to point to your github repo.
Even better--to make sure others can update it and make the updates available to others if you lose interest--you could request a repository on gerrit.

- I'm thinking of maintaining it, as I do like it. But being a php and mediawiki internals novice, I'm really not sure if it really is a "major security risk" with a "trival XSS" as Bawolff claims it is. I'm not competent enough to judge. For the moment I'll keep plugging my version in the extension's chat, as I learn more about mediawiki. Vicarage (talk) 17:09, 30 October 2020 (UTC)
