- Ah yes, I ought to have known that the WP might have something. Instead, I googled the name and found enough to disgust me wholly. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=452999#c3 (by the Mozilla guy responsible for the switchover) suggested that I seek support at MindTouch for the missing user preferences at the Mozilla implempentation! Sure, and how shall I answer the questions: "Are you using MindTouch Deki as VM or as source, and if source, on which OS?" "What version are you using?" etc., which come at the top of each support request? How shall I make them believe (and should I?) that I represent Mozilla? Am I using the Professional version, which is the only one entitled to support? etc. â Tonymec 14:27, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
