Sorry, but after your answer and remove of the comment I eventually felt free to overwrite your table with all the non-site-specific content on this page.

MediaWiki.org is not a site for testing or writing commercial manuals or doing stuff you should better do elsewhere (on your own site). MediaWiki.org is also not thought to be used as a free webhost for any content.

And finally this exactly is a talk page to discuss MediaWiki related issues with you as a user. Do you get the arguments? If you want to go on with creating the Edsamail/Office stuff please let me know what the connection to or relevance for MediaWiki is and how long you want to keep it at this place.
