Hi. I am having difficulties understanding why m:File:Globe_of_letters.gif cannot be exported using the FileExporter feature. The extension FileExporter is installed and it does not have any templates as listed at Extension:FileImporter/Data/meta.wikimedia which would prevent exporting. Could you please advice what might be going on or what am I doing wrong? Thanks. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 12:56, 28 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

I will look into it. Not sure whether I can make it this week, since traveling. But at latest beginn of next week! Michael Schönitzer (WMDE) (talk) 16:28, 28 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hey, I just saw that Pikne already took care and that it now worked. Is there still something open or is the issue fully solved? Michael Schönitzer (WMDE) (talk) 14:12, 3 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hi. It is resolved now! I've been using the feature already and it works smoothly. Thanks, both, for your help. Much appreciated. Best regards. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 21:21, 3 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
