Hope I'm not breaking anything here ;) PdfBook seems to work OK even for a newbie like myself. One problem I do have: the sorting of the pages is not what it should be. I changed the page titles so they start with e.g. 1.1 , 1.2 but of course found out that 1.11 comes before 1.2. So I changed all the page titles again in order to have 1.01 , 1.02 etc expecting to cure the sorting problem in the pdfbook output. Somehow it did not work. When I look at 'all pages' in special pages, the sequence is fine. But when I print to Pdf, it's in the wrong order. Is this a matter of an index file kept somewhere ? How can this be corrected ?
