Since you are editing MediaWiki:Monobook.css I assume you know how to add such programming. Yes, you would add the code into the css file, not the javascript file, unless you are adding adds with javascript. Keep in mind that the ad will only appear in monobook, not in the other skins. I cannot remember what System Message to edit to do this, as I have not edited as a Bureaucrat and system manager with FTP access. I will try to find the page, but look around this site as it should have a page on how to add ads. Try finding the Technical Support desk at Wikia and see if they can help you, seeing as they have adds on their site. -PatPeter,
