Migration from HTML(entire page including left navigation) to Mediawiki

Hi,

I am thinking of migrating my portal which contains thousands of HTML pages into Mediawiki. For the past 1 month I'm trying to get a solution for the same. Till now I have not found something which could completely migrate the HTML pages. I have found an extension HTML2WIKI that can be used to convert the content part only. Any solution ?
