Programs & Events Dashboard User Testing Report(Work in Progress)

Goal: The goal of this testing was to validate the system design and overall understanding of user while using the User Testing Dashboard.

Does the user know how to create a program?

How to delete a course which is a part of the campaign?

To make sure that users are aware of all the features provided by the Dashboard, solve the troubles they are facing and get to know about their future needs.

Approach: A session where we would ask user to perform a task on the dashboard so that we can see how he/she uses it and they would talk about anything that is confusing about it.
