Been a Wikipedia Editor for, um, a long time. Probably ever since I started editing Wikipedia. Am running my own MediaWiki instance. Just for private data, so I've got it set to require authentication. Sorry.

Am contracting to WMF to create a media storage system which scales past a petabyte without even noticing it. Am using OpenStack's Swift object store, some Swift middleware custom for MediaWiki, and a File and FileRepo-derived classes specific to Swift.
