About me
My name is Rishi Mittal. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Computer Science Engineering (2013 - 15 batch)from International Institute of Information Technology , Hyderabad, India .Prior to here I was working at C-DAC for about one year . I usually code in C, C++, Java, Python, Php(sometimes).Also I have great exposure on the Developing web apps using php,jhoomla, java-ee, I am great fan of programming and developing open soure projects.
My interests are :-
1. Data Mining
2. Machine Learning
3. Pattern Recognition
This is the first time I am contributing to any major Open source Projects, and I am pretty excited about it. It's the begining of many many more.

Project Engineer , C-DAC Hyderabad (Research & Development dept.) ( Feb 2012 â Dec 2012)
Content Generation & Adaptation of E-learning Content over Various Devices
This project has 2 major components â web apps & 4 mobile apps . Responsible for the development of the web application.
⢠Compressing the video lectures according to the device configuration .
⢠Streaming appropriate configured lecture over the device using rtsp protocol.
⢠The tool has to maintain more than 1000 courses over more than 500 Schools /Colleges accross India.
Technologies used : J2EE, Struts2
Work done apart from project
⢠Setting up of cloud Iaas ,using Eucalyptus cloud Platform for labs at C-DAC.
⢠Performed Web application security testing with testing team.
⢠Research & conduction of pilot exp. for cross platform mobile apps dev enviornments (eg. PhoneGap and Mosync)
