Hello folks,

I am a 3rd year undergraduate student pursuing Bachelor of engineering in Computer Science and interested in contributing to Mediawiki.I got involved in Open source world when i watched a youtube video of Richard Stallman speaking on Open Source Software and making me realise its importance as a student.I was really impressed.It was motivating and inspiring.So far,I have done projects using php(M-V-C pattern),nodejs,python-django and also practiced them using version control system.I am using Vim as my primary editor.It has been a great learning experience for me using it and wish to learn more from mediawiki community and make my best efforts to meet their coding ethics,style,concepts and be a long term contributor to Mediawiki.
