About me
I'm a Physicist-turned-Computer Scientist from New York, originally from Israel, and I speak and think right to left.
I'm a firm believer in free access and open source tools. My personal website is also available, and contains some web and programming projects I've done lately.
My work
I am currently the Tech Lead for Community Tech and Anti Harassment Teams.
Previously on Collaboration team and VisualEditor teams.
I've worked on VisualEditor all summer through the Google Summer of Code 2013 internship, and joined the Wikimedia Foundation in October 2013.
My Google Summer of Code project focused on providing better right-to-left language support in VisualEditor, with Amir Aharoni and Inez Korczynski as my mentors.
I focus mainly on right-to-left and media editing support and language features in VisualEditor.
Take a look at the full full Google Summer of Code 2013 proposal here.
