My name is Federico "Lox" Lucignano and I'm a Tech Lead at Wikia.

I've been working on MediaWiki for the last 4 years and had a chance to touch basically all the layers that compose the platform; over the last year and a half I've been focusing on mobile and API's until my recent move as the lead for Wikia's Platform Team.

I've been an Open Source evangelist for the last decade and have contributed to a series of OSS projects and communities including Blender; as such I also publish a lot of code under open source licenses over at Github.
