If you want to know what a feature might look like in, say, Urdu wiki when you don't have an Urdu wiki locally or on beta.

  1. Copy this into your User:<username>/common.js: mw.loader.load('https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=User:Dom_walden/common.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript');
  2. Visit any page with the uselang param set (it should also work if you change your user language in Special:Preferences). For example, https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Main_Page?uselang=ur
