Trust and Safety Tools/Requests

Submit Requests
We review and triage new requests on an ongoing basis and do our best to address critical bugs as soon as possible.

If you work for the Wikimedia Foundation and want to request any work from the Trust and Safety Tools team outside of the annual planning process, please use Phabricator to do this.

Create a detailed Phab task with a clear explanation of the problem and what is needed from the Trust and Safety Tools team:

  • Tag the Trust and Safety Tools team (#Trust-and-Safety) on the Phab task.
  • Include links, code, pictures, etc. if they can help us.
  • Include deadlines (where applicable).
  • Add Tech Lead @Jhernandez (Joaquin Hernandez), Senior Product Manager @Madalina (Madalina Ana), and TPgM @ARamirez_WMF (Aida Ramirez) to the task.
  • Please allow for at least 5 business days before following up with the team.
  • If a follow-up is needed, please send Lead Technical Program Manager, Aida Ramirez, a Slack message with a link to your Phab task.
