How people who like this skin can still get something that closely resembles it:
In Firefox and its derivatives, select "View" from the top menu, then go to "Page Style", and select "No Style". This deactivates all style sheets on the page. Alternatively, all style sheets can be unselected in the "Style Editor" tab of the developer tools which can be opened by pressing F12.
