A particular English Wikipedia talk page needs a message which appears to mobile editors. How can I do this?

Thanks for the suggestion @Bluerasberry. Mobile talk pages are out of scope for our team because the Editing team is currently working on the Talk pages project which is now focusing on updating mobile talk pages. You'd be best off posting this request somewhere like Talk:Talk pages project/Mobile so that this use case can be considered for the in-progress redesign :)
