I had wiki version 1.35.2

I completely deleted the wiki and installed version 1.36.1 and changed the settings of the previous version to the new version

The problem I have is that in version 1.35.2 everything was fine but in version 1.36.1, the vector skin does not work in mobile mode

please guide me

wfLoadSkin( 'Vector' );
$wgDefaultSkin = "Vector";
$wgVectorResponsive = true; // make it more mobile friendly

Skin:Vector#wgVectorResponsive

I am sure I did all the steps correctly and I also did the following commands but it is not responsive

$wgVectorResponsive = true;

$wgVectorDefaultSkinVersion = '2';

Which exact version of Vector (git commit) is being used?
