I changed it to "Unbreak Now" because it is a common issue, and since it affects the whole Wikimedia Community, Unbreak Now is the most useful rating. I don't see why it is high and not unbreak now. at it should also have been Unbreak Now as it is not supposed to be High.
No, UBN is not the most useful rating. Please see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T230788#5467148 and the Phabricator etiquette that I linked above.
Alos note that my comment here on mw.org did not only refer to the very last action. Please see previous comments like "Abstain", "Suppirt", "Oh my god", "Full Of bugs", or more than once "Whoa!". Such comments add no value but only create noise.
