Topic on Extension talk:OpenLayers

I think the answer is: It only makes the OpenLayer JS libraries internal rather than external and that the OpenLayer libraries can add points and shapes to images (as layers), but OpenLayers JS libraries would be used by another extension (like Page Forms, Cargo, or Maps) to do so.

Can this extension allow me to add points and shapes (annotate) an image?
