Whom do I talk to about this? The appearance of Incubator's Main Page is not very nice in the mobile setting. We have no idea what to do about that. Thanks. StevenJ81 (sysop at Incubator)

Cannot reproduce with 360px width and using Minerva skin (default on mobile domains) in Firefox 66 on https://incubator.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Incubator:Main_Page . Which browser is used? Which screen width?

Chrome for Android, version 73.0.3683.90. Phone says my display is 1920x1080; display is about 3" wide.

You can see the effect if you use the gadget that runs on English Wikipedia, too.
