I'm having trouble with pages with the Greek letter χ in the page titles of my wiki, in that I can't access any pages with that letter in the title. Whenever I do, the wiki instead loads a page with that title, cut off from wherever the letter χ is to the end. However, I can create links to said articles, and I can create articles with that letter in the title, I just can't load those pages afterwards. I can even manipulate the URL to load the delete form for the articles. I don't know what the issue is. I'm running MW 1.31 on Windows Server 2016. I just moved from a shared Windows Server on Azure to my own server, and it was working fine on the shared server before. Any ideas?
