A few weeks ago I asked a question on Project_talk:Deletion#Deletion_of_a_translation. Isn't there a project page on this wiki for users to submit general sysop requests?

In that case please delete Manual:Parameters to index.php/nl. Somebody translated 1 phrase in 2015, nobody touched it since.

Thanks. A link to the page appeared in the "Other languages" bar, which was misleading since it was absolutely useless in its state (2 words translated). I suppose deletion was unnecessary if there is a way to hide the translation until it is at least somewhat useful. Is there?
