Why did you ban me instead of banning the defamator?

Wikipedia does not have a policy stating "a person who reports problems should be banned. "You can not ban me for reporting my complaint and reporting a complaint can not be considered "disturbing."

Authorities are there for reporting the issues and complaints, I will report issues and complaints as much as there is. If an authority is disturbed by being reported the complaints, that is that authority's problem.

Unban me, you have no right to ban me for reporting the defamation and issue. --~~~~

Look everybody, this bureaucrat of Turkish wikipedia has banned me after I reported that a certian patrol of Turkish wikipedia has attacked and insulted me 3 times in a month. He/She has not done anything to that defamator, I have reported that defamator just after he/she has insulted me verbally and after almost a month still nothing is done and I am banned from Turkish wikipedia for a week instead.

The same patrol has added baseless content to the wikipedia, after I objected to that this bureaucrat has protected the page upon that patrol's request and has not supervised the page despite several discussion invitations. --~~~~

I hope I can find higher authority to have the plight supervised.
