A bureaucrat (@Pi zero:) on EN:WN tried to nuke all the uploads by one user ([[:n:Special:Nuke/Dom_Erineu_Bless_II]]).
The files had already been renamed by a steward but Special:Nuke shows only the original names, before renaming. The deletion log for each of the files shows it has been deleted multiple times - see [[:n:File:Deezy_Barras_TRIBAX_NEWS.mp3]] for example.
I also tried Special:Nuke on Pi zero's request, with the same uploads but got the same result. We have also tested it with someone else renaming a file but the same result with Nuke. Pi zero suspects it is getting its file list from somewhere other than the contributions. Any ideas? Cheers.
