Entering a datetime value with timezone "AST" or "ACST" produces an incorrect result.

{{#time:YmdHi|11 March 2018 02:00 AST}} gives 201803102300, while the expected output is 201803110600.

{{#time:YmdHi|7 October 2018 02:00 ACST}} gives 201810070600, while the expected output is 201810061630.

Other timezones, including "ADT" and "ACDT", do work correctly.

Time zone abbreviations can be ambiguous as there are abbreviations shared by multiple time zones. One solution is to use ISO 8601 notation: +hh:mm or -hh:mm. Another solution is to convert to UTC before entering it.
