Topic on Talk:Structured Discussions

I am running a MediaWiki within a company. My users keep pestering me that they want to comment an article below the article like on every single other platform they use. They simply reject the concept of a separate discussion page.

Any way I can get comments below an article in MediaWiki?

Not with this extension. Extension:CommentStreams claims to do that.
