I am inquiring as to how I can have an article including my name removed from your site. The article was published a number of years ago and is effecting my life to this day. This is my attempt at getting this resolved before hiring legal assistance. I can link the article if needed. Thank you for your time and consideration!

There is no page that mentions "Anderson Rush" on https://www.mediawiki.org so you will have to define what "your site" is.
What you can do or should do depends on where your name is mentioned:
Is it in a wiki, which is run by Wikimedia Foundation (e.g. Wikipedia or mediawiki.org)?
Or is it an a wiki, which belongs to someone else?
You have to provide us the link to the particular website you discovered your name. We cannot do anything as we do not know whether Wikimedia Foundation operated it or it was operated by someone else, let alone it is a "Wiki" at all. You can send the information to info-en
wikimedia.org for private dealing.
