I have a problem with cancel and publish buttons which appear at the top of the edit or new article body textbox. When I click them they takke me to error page. Page is not available. Version I'm using is latest 1.29.1 and vector is the theme and . I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it again but same problem.

Check the URL of the page it redirects to. You probably have misconfigured $wgServer, $wgArticlePath, $wgScriptPath or similar.
