We cannot update or either create our wiki due to the fact that sb took our name and we cannot either edit not create it in the name of our page. Can anybody give us a hand?

Are you talking about a Wikipedia page or on a wiki farm (like wikia, shoutwiki, etc)?
If you need to create a page which already exists, you'll need to ask this on a forum or talk page on the wiki you're trying to edit, not here, so admins of the wiki can help you.
