Should "mass-message delivery to appropriate community forums" be linked to Help:Extension:MassMessage?

"Principles" said "with public feedback loops whenever possible" and "Milestone communication" says "volunteers [...] may leave useful feedback". The "Where" section lists "A dedicated wiki product or project page" (which has a Discussion page) or "mailing list". Should it be explicitly mentioned that you should expect and react to important and relevant feedback, or am I overcautious?

Good question. The issue here is the subjectivity of what is important and relevant feedback, which should be put forward in the expectations in the ask. I'll think on it.
